Redefining the Contribution Model: Promoting Components with Purpose
Traditional contribution models often create bottlenecks and discourage collaboration, especially when stakeholder buy-in is uncertain. This talk introduces a more sustainable way to promote components: focusing on reducing friction and abstracting only what truly adds value. By reframing the contribution process, design systems can scale with limited resources while delivering real, sustainable value.
