Milena Suárez is a Design System Engineer at Babbel, where she’s been working since 2022. She’s passionate about web accessibility and creating software that follows best practices. With a degree in Telematics Engineering and over 10 years of experience as a frontend developer, Milena has worked with teams around the world to build meaningful digital experiences. In the past, Milena played an active role in the developer community. She organized and gave talks at BogotaJS and helped shape the JavaScript community in Colombia as a co-organizer of JSConf Colombia. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring nature or enjoying a great Anime series.
